My Reflection for Seminar 4(?)

Not a lot to reflect as well.

New technique for obtaining highs:

Spark discussion

Methods:

• Asking questions that challenge an existing established concept(in seminar 4’s case, I challenged “local by nationality” with an EU example, which evolved into discussion about the Korean peninsula, the area around Israel, China’s Taiwan province & its SARs, and the local / foreign identities the people in these regions have)
• Rebutting / Building on a point, but leaving room for active discussion
  ”I think… but there might be areas like … that aren’t addressed completely yet, some one can help by answering …(specific problems)”
• Any subtle point that touches on an area the discussion has not previously interacted with yet.
