I went to Nantong this May Day holiday with my friends by taking my friends’ car and they drove us there. Through our journey to Nantong, I saw distinctive trees, fabulous buildings and even high-speed trains alongside the road. I was totally amazed by the scenery I saw. After we arrived there, we stayed in a hotel in a holiday village for accommodation. But it turned out to be the place that I enjoyed the most because there are a lot of interesting games such as table tennis and various card games. We also tried lobsters for dinner that day and they tasted so delicious. I knew lobsters from Nantong were going to taste delicious, but it really tastes much better than I thought. My friends and I stayed very late not sleeping that day because we totally indulged in different kinds of card games and we couldn’t stop playing them.
The next day I got up very late (it’s not late for me because I always get up around 10 to 11 o’clock, but the breakfast in hotel ended in 10 o’clock) and missed the breakfast. We start to get back to our home just before our lunch.
Although this journey was short, I still enjoyed it very much and I’m really looking forward to the next one. I realized that the most I enjoyed was not the hotel, not the lobster, but playing with my friends.
