My Recent Travel to USA

Hi everyone, and welcome to my very first blog post! I’m so excited to finally start sharing my thoughts here on Mushroom. Let’s jump right in—today, I’ll be talking about my recent travel to the United States of America with my family.

First stop:  New York The moment i stepped off that plane and left the airport, i felt like i was in a whole new different world. There were cars buzzing by, large crowds of people swarming the streets do their everyday things and living their lives. While driving to the famous restaurant called “The Apple Pan”, i couldn’t help but to admire that The skyscrapers are packed so tightly together that the streets below stay shadowy even at noon. Standing on the sidewalk, you have to tilt your head all the way back just to find the tops of buildings like One World Trade Center, which seems to disappear into the clouds. When we got the the restaurant, we enjoyed a meal of burgers, fries, and a apple pie as the desert.

Second stop: Statue of Liberty. On the way to the main island where the Statue of Liberty was, i had a chance to admire the green-blue like water that was in constant motion because of the ferries chugging back and forwards giving tourists a chance to take a photo or video of the magnificent statue before them, while cargo ships occasionally glide by. The air was a mixed scent of fresh harbor smell, and brackish smell.
