in the seminar”when in Rome, do as the Romans do”, we discussed whether to follow certain traditions or actions that the locals do. I gave my opinion that you should not do things that goes with your ethnic stuff and don’t mess with the government.
I ย participated in small conversations between our classmates and tried to say as much as I can. However, I didn’t get the score I wanted, because I couldn’t remember anything I saw during any of my trips. Moreover, I failed to give deep thoughts and critical thinking of the essence of certain traditions and the core of the reason why people tend to travel, I believe these could be given by me at the very start of this seminar.
what I did good is that I shared and extended some experiences I remembered and answered certain questions of my classmates.
Compared to my previous seminars, adjustments on language and thinking could be made.
So in the end, I wasn’t cool about this even thought the topic was very cool.;(
