-Snowball: Parallel to Leon Trotsky, as he was exiled from the soviet union(Manor farm in the book) after posing a threat to their leader(Stalin in reality and Napoleon in the book)
-Napoleon: Parallel to Stalin, as he and Stalin were both leading using fear and executing people/animals publicly for disagreeing with them.
-Squealer: Represents the Russian media, as both act as a voice piece for their leader(Stalin in reality, Napoleon in the book)
-Mr.Fredrick: Hitler, as both treated their workers/animals badly.
Events:
-The battle of the cowshed: Is parallel to the white army getting defeated by the red army in the Russian revolution.
-The battle of the windmill: Is parallel to the battle of Stalingrad, as Both in the book and history, the people/animals suffered heavy casualties, and in both cases are considered successful(by Stalin in reality and Napoleon in the book).
Conclusion: to conclude, all of Animal Farm’s characters and events represents ideas, historical people or events in the Russian revolution, making the book a very interesting read.
