Food Diaries of My Sydney Trip: Must‑try & Skip‑it List

My recent trip from Shanghai to Sydney was filled with amazing food discoveries, and I’d love to share my honest food recommendations with you today — what you should definitely try, and what you’d better skip!

I landed in Sydney at around 1 pm on my first day, then checked into my hotel in Chatswood. For dinner, I grabbed a quick meal at KFC. The next morning, I headed to Coles to pick up breakfast, and I found some incredible chocolate chip cookies🍪.

They were perfectly crunchy, though a little sweet. Dipping them in milk makes them taste even better.

I also bought sour cream‑flavored chips from the brand Sunbites,

which are super popular online back in China. They tasted great, but in my personal opinion, the chips were a bit hard. They would be more enjoyable if they were a little softer, but their unique texture is definitely one of the brand’s highlights. I also want to give a strong warning: do not buy Choc Yogo & M&M’s yoghurt! I could barely taste any yoghurt flavor at all, only the M&M’s tasted decent. If you’re looking for good yoghurt, Gippsland is a far better choice.

My recent journey has been becoming fully immersed in Hazbin Hotel these days. It’s like I’ve travelled straight down into the fiery, neon underworld of Hell without leaving my room.
