Eric yin reflection. Sorry that this is late, but I had a debate competition on whole

Saturday and Sunday, so I had no time to complete.

Your performance in the seminar

The leaders’ way of managing the seminar

The content discussed: what did you learn about what makes a good blog post?

1.I did okay in the seminar with a decent amount of talking but I could have

had some high-quality content. I think I should do more analyzing instead of

just talking about the problems and my own opinions. So next time I should

link more to the unit which can get me a high, resulting higher performance.

2.I did not think that the way the leaders managed the seminar was great at

all. They should consider putting time limit of 30 seconds at first and avoid

talking by themselves when we are obviously holding our hands up. They

should summarize our points and add to some points at the end of each

question, not answering their own questions directly after asking them.

3.I think I learned a decent number of techniques especially in a seminar

where our own actual audiences are giving their own opinion, optimizing the

quality and effectiveness of the tips. For example, we looked at the pictures

in blog post and that was when I first started to be conscious of how picture

positions in a blog post can have different effects on audiences. And I was

surprised that even this little difference can have so many people with

different opinions
