“Most likely to be red flagged for a post or speech”
This was very fitting and satisfying to me.
In terms of performance I have performed well
I scored an 8 on my final seminar, and I have managed to intervene in the discussion in a supportive and effective way. I have proposed multiple candidates for titles, agreed upon others, and objected to candidate proposals I did not agree with.
However in terms of highs I did not score well.
I do not recall any highs I have scored in this seminar
This shows two problems, one direct and one indirect.
One direct problem was that I was relying more on mid points, while this may apply to the current seminar, it is not certain that if this method will work in possible future seminars, as in our final seminar, in the later stages, most people ran out of points to talk about, while I still had points to say. If other seminar members had points to talk about, I may have gotten a 6.
The other indirect problem is that I have failed on applying on methods found before and obtaining full potential from the diversity of my points. I didn’t leave any space on my points for others to elaborate, and I have not compared candidates(I actually don’t know why my brain stopped functioning on my last seminar)
I will solve these problems with 1. More processing on paper before releasing a point 2. Writing my thinking process for highs on paper so next time I am not hesitant on evaluation and comparison.
The seminars were honestly great, thanks for the system.
