My recent journey has been becoming fully immersed in Hazbin Hotel these days.
It’s like I’ve travelled straight down into the fiery, neon underworld of Hell without leaving my room.
I see Charlie’s naive, stubborn, yet fragile hope to redeem sinners, as well as Lucifer’s lingering hopelessness. I get wrapped up in Alastor’s creepy yet charming chaos, his playful yet dangerous aura that fills every scene. I also resonate deeply with the stories about family, friendship and broken trust.
The songs and background music keep drifting through my mind — bold, soulful, dramatic tunes that perfectly convey emotions and story contexts, making me feel strangely comforted. Even though the story is wild and chaotic, this whole journey feels oddly healing.
