Seminar Reflection

Over the past week, two seminars that focused on the theme of travel were held. The first seminar explored the question “Why travel?”, while the second one centered around famous travel quotes.

In the first seminar, I really like the way leaders organized the discussion, which is breaking the broad topic down into smaller, more specific questions. This structure helped guide our thinking and made it easier to respond. However, I also felt that the discussion moved too quickly. Just as I was building up the courage to share my thoughts, the question changed, which made it hard for me to participate actively.

The second seminar used a group rotation format. I appreciated this arrangement because it created a less stressful environment for introverted students like me. With fewer people in each group, I felt more comfortable speaking up.

Overall, I learned a lot in these seminars, and successfully participated in some discussions.
