In this story, Semete the friendly duck-billed dinosaur and her friend Daddy Ciwei (Hedgehog) go blackberry picking. Daddy Ciwei has some bad luck but the Magic People and other friends come to help.
The story developed through blackberry picking experiences in the late summer in England and, as always, promotes the themes of friendship and helping others.
