Hello everybody!

I have been busy making a couple of useful updates so want to share this news.

First, due to a recent spate of meme posts, I have created a new space for memes to avoid cluttering the blogging area too much. The memes can be found here: https://mushroom-scholars.org/topics/meme

Please continue to share memes; I don’t want to discourage that, but we need to keep the blogging area manageable. Also, I have removed the XP award for memes to avoid XP farming by just posting lots of memes 😉

The second update is the addition of a series option when writing. The idea for this is to enable students who post chapters of a longer to add their own series tag to their work. I have taken the liberty of adding a series tag to a few of our frequent bloggers by way of example, which you can see here. This is still a bit beta and might need a bit of fine tuning but it works so anybody writing posts as part of a series can go ahead and use it. You can find the series tags box on the post editing screen as shown in the screenshot below:
