Thanks for sharing this comment. You touch on some important themes that we will discuss in unit 3 and again in units 1 and 2 next academic year. In particular, the consideration of social class hierarchies and the symbolic significance of names in a colonial context.
can we do the characters and the things that happened to them or just create the characters and introduce them?

To answer your question, you only need to introduce and DESCRIBE your character, but if you want to share your emerging plot line, why not?
