Problem:
One of the biggest agricultural products is India which produce rice, wheat, milk and sugarcane. Every person need to eat food every day, but many poor families in India do not get enough food. This is a big problem which also lead to health problems. To achieve the “zero hunger” (SDG Goal 2), we need to start this urgent task immediately.
Reason:
The first biggest problem is there are many people in India. Even though they produce a lot of agricultural products, due to the large population there is not enough food for every one. Second, unequal distribution on agriculture products is another problem. They have the gap between the rich and poor. And the government exports a large amount of the agriculture products to the other countries despite the hunger of residents. So the poor can ‘ t get enough food . If they get the food, it don ‘ t mean the food is healthy and nutritious. Third, the waste of the food also lead to the cause of hunger. India waste 40% of the agricultural products . Because the weather there is always very hot, it cause food to spoil faster. And also they don’t have a well storage and high technology equipment , they can’t store the agriculture products for long time .
Solution:
First, we need to field investigation what crops are good for growing in India . Second we need to choose where to grow. We need to find out a good place and think about how to grow the agriculture. At last, government need to issue incentive policy, they Can give money to the people who grow the crops. Of course, government need to be fair in distribution of agriculture products.
Call to Action:
We need to ensure everyone get help from the government and have a chance to go in for farming. Let’s take action to help people in India to get enough food and solve the unequal behavior. If we start action now, the future of India will be wonderful .
