Instellar Rifts

Interstellar Rifts

Vivian

On that day, people finally recalled the world ruled by aliens.

In the distant future, Earth was once ruled by a civilization called “Cyrus”. The Cyrus people possess extraordinary technology, their gaze seems to be able to perceive everything, and their fingertips can emit deadly X-rays. Faced with such a powerful enemy, human had to hide in four huge walls made of ultra strong alloy, silently enduring the pain of losing freedom.

Three hundred years of time have quietly passed, and the rule of the Cyrus people seems to have become a dusty history. Human gradually adapted to life in these walls, but the history of being ruled haunted everyone’s hearts like a nightmare.

However, on a seemingly calm day, the alarm suddenly sounded, breaking through the silence. The alloy on the wall began to melt rapidly, and a dazzling light pierced through the crack, which was the X-rays of the Cyrus people. People were horrified to discover that the rulers who had once left had once again descended on Earth, with a desire to conquer, preparing to bring human back under their own rule.

At this critical moment, a young man named Zach stepped forward. He used to be an engineer and had a deep understanding of alien technology. He knew very well that in order to truly break free from the rule of the Cyrus people, he must take the initiative. So, Zach gathered a group of partners who decided to disguise themselves as the Cyrus and infiltrate the alien world, searching for a way to defeat them.

After hard training and careful preparation, Zach and his companions finally succeeded in entering the base of the Cyrus people. They used their intelligence and courage to gain trust among aliens and even made some friends. These alien friends hold goodwill towards Zach and the others, and they are unaware that these Earthlings are actually here to steal their secrets.

In the depths of the alien base, Zach and his team discovered a hidden space. There is a gem called the “Interstellar Heart” hidden there, which is said to contain endless power and can change the pattern of the entire universe. Zach and his team knew that as long as they obtained this gem, they could defeat the Seloks and reclaim the world belonging to human.

However, when Zach and his team successfully won the Interstellar Heart, they faced a difficult choice. Their alien friends have already known their true identities, and their eyes are filled with confusion and disappointment. If Zach and his team use “Interstellar Heart” to defeat the Cyrus, their friends will also be hurt; But if not used, the human world will once again fall into darkness.

At this critical moment, Zach’s heart was filled with struggles. He is well aware that this decision is not only related to the future of human, but also to his friendship with alien friends. However, after weighing the pros and cons, Zach made a difficult decision. He chose to betray his alien friends and used Interstellar heart to defeat the Cyrus. The alien base collapsed in an instant, and their ruling power was completely destroyed. The human world regained its freedom, but Zach and his companions lost their alien friends.

In the joy of victory and the sorrow of losing friends, Zach deeply realized that the cost of war and betrayal is heavy. Although they have regained their own world, they have forever lost those alien friends who sincerely treated them.

What is true justice? Is it also considered justice to harm those who trust oneself?

  1. Your narrative is mostly clear and, whilst the plot is fairly simple, there is enough interest to maintain your reader’s enthusiasm for the read 🙂
I say ‘mostly clear’ because I am confused by this: “they could defeat the Seloks” Who or what are the Seloks?
Maybe use images or add more description so we can better visualise the worlds and aliens you have created.
A language point: ‘human’ should be ‘humans’ when you are referring to all humans as a species, or even just a few humans. It’s countable.
