Nice alliteration to open your second log entry and you have constructed a well organised modern cultural critique in your third journal entry Your alien-eye-view of football, English cuisine (what is that in the photo?) and literature is I also noticed your reference to 'buzz them' at the end there ;) Could you select one of the images as 'featured image' so your post looks more attractive in the listings?

Good job Ian, I like the idea and the way things are expressed so that we are able to fully understand. The general writing is very good.
