The big images make it immediately attractive when the page is opened. Perhaps you could consider styling the headings in some way? I also recommend using the ‘tags’ to give your blog post a topic so it shows up in related topic lists. It makes it easier for your readers to find it.

I’m still not sure why you are using present tense in some of your sentences that are reporting on past events. Check that carefully.
