when purchasing goods , abandon disposableitems   and choose products that are recyclable and have simple packaging Avoid porduos with excessive packaging , especially those made of molded plastic or other mon recyclable  materials.Recycling paper , plastic , newspapers , glass , and aluminum cans.Apply to create a garbage recycling project within the work place school , and community  .Recycling 50% of a household’s waste can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 1089kg annually .Insulation materials , weatherstripping , or sealing materials for doors and windows in the walls and attic of the home not only saves 25%of heating cost, but also saves energy .Please turn off the air conditioning when sleeping or leaving.Please adjust the temperature to a moderate level when using .Lower the air conditioning thermostat  by 2 degrees in winter and increase it by 2degrees in summer, which can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 2000 pounds per year
