I was looking forward to your description of the fried frogs so I must admit that the ending is a bit disappointing. I&#039;m sure you could&#039;ve gone to a fried frog restaurant and done a little tasting research just to give your readers a satisfying ending?

Incidentally, frog hotpot was quite common when I lived in Sichuan. I didn&#039;t like it myself - the meat is all sort of flubbery when hotpotted and the chefs&#039; butchery skills aren&#039;t so skilled at removing bone fragments. I think they&#039;re better fried (just my opinion of course).

Also, I ought to add that frog&#039;s legs is a famous dish in French cuisine.]]></description>
