I traveled to a rainforest of somewhere on the earth.  I recognized that it is a rainforest because the air and ground in this forest are very humid. The trees here are very thick, very tall, and have many vines and moss attached to them, making everything here look green. There is different kinds of fungi under the trees, many of them seemed to be very toxic. I am very hungry, so I want to eat some of the fungi. But I can’t make sure which of them is safe and which is toxic. Suddenly, I had a great idea. If I die after eating it, it proves to be toxic. If I don’t die, it proves to be non-toxic. So I chose one of them and ate.

When I walk forward, I can hear the sound of water flowing, obviously there is a stream ahead. I walked alone the stream, found that the water is clear, just like liquid diamonds.  Because I haven’t drunk water for a day, I opened my kettle and filled it with some water from a small stream to drink.

When I walked toward the downstream, I found that the fungi I ate is toxic, because I am kind of dying. I told myself to not eat fungi in rainforests nextime.

  1. That’s a weird narrative, but fulfils the mission in terms of simile.

There’s something wrong with this sentence: “I walked alone the stream.”
