The hosts themselves should also be more engage into the conversations...when the host themselves are engaged in the talking when other students would be willing to enter the chat&quot;

And the inauthenticity of just reading stuff out. This is an issue we had in the G7 ELL seminars too.

I&#039;d also be interested to hear about your ideas for workshops. It&#039;s a pity you didn&#039;t get the opportunity to be a leader/host so you could&#039;ve tried this idea.
