Really helpful for me as a person that almost never cooks and never went to Indonesia. Cause before I had a bias towards it, having the stereotype that it may have a strange taste or something. And I am really glad that you included this phrase: To those who haven’t tried Indonesian cuisine I’ll sum it up in one phrase: Layers of strong, exotic and sophisticated flavors. Which points directly to me, and is kind of changing my bias towards it. I really do like the way of you trying to adress all kinds of people wither they have been to Indonesia or not (As I see in the comment below mine) . So I may try some if I do have the chance to go there.

Actually, I can clearly feel your love for cooking from your regular WeChat moments. Before this, I had also been to Indonesia。The first impression of the cuisine is strong and made up of many spices; But after finishing, I didn't have any thoughts. After reading your blog, I not only saw your love for cooking, but also gained a concrete understanding of those delicacies. I hope you can continue to explore more local cuisines and look forward to updates on your moments.
