I solemnly swear I just experienced what I refer to as the most physically and mentally fulfilling service within my life up to now. I am regarding a recent trip we were forced to go on to the city of Hang Zhou. This trip was fun, undeniably exhilarating, pleasing, and totally the absolute most affordable thing my parents have ever spent their money on.
First, let me recap all of the wonderful events that all invariably took place within this awesome journey. We spent the majority of the daylight hours walking and hiking throughout this trip, which lasted a total of four days and three nights. We endured a lot that doesn’t qualify as walking and hiking in the day, such as picking tea leaves, creating mocha tea, engaging in various captivating lectures such an authentic hour-long oration about how to use a compass, as well creating stamps and painting on fans. We all learned a ton of relevant and applicable information from these individual activities, and I absolutely guarantee that all of this information can and will be applied to my daily life in the present and in the future.
Something that I really adored during the trip happened on the third day. It was a day filled to the brim with hiking, which we all anticipated greatly. Throughout practically the entire morning, we hiked up and down a mountain beside West Lake. Although we didn’t actually walk around West Lake, we still appreciated the plantations and adorable little mosquitoes which accompanied us all throughout the hike. The line in which we totally got into voluntarily was moving extraordinarily slowly, which gave the hikers at the back time to catch up to the front. This also resulted in us stopping every two seconds, which totally didn’t waste our energy or interrupt our momentum or anything. In addition to the above, we also learned a lot of new information, most notably how the leg joints function and what the most effective method to damage them is.
How could I neglect the impeccable accommodation that we relied on for three nights? Ten people a room. Bathrooms without toilets. No additional tables or even soft beds in the rooms. In addition to these favorable conditions, what the canteen served us was nothing short of hygienic. Regardless of whether you licked it or not, the employees reused the seemingly untouched eggs and buns. All they did was wash it, freeze it, and then serve it to the consumers the following day. If that doesn’t sound like heaven, nothing does.
Last but not least, we paid ¥2350 to fund this trip. Each. ¥2350 for some hiking, extremely high quality activities, and a fulfilling environment as our method of accommodation. You could probably experience all that for less than ¥1000 if you went on vacation there. This trip was the very definition of affordable.
In conclusion, this trip we went on was highly anticipated and met all of our expectations. The cost was appropriate, too. Would recommend. Totally.
The other commentators have beaten me to it. There isn’t much for me to add except to say that I am impressed how you maintain the tone throughout, and I particularly like the reference to “adorable little mosquitoes” and the fact that “we also learned a lot of new information, most notably how the leg joints function and what the most effective method to damage them is”. The image works quite well alongside your writing. I wonder why it makes a line break in the middle of the paragraph. We’ll have to ask ruaruarua how she managed to include images without that happening.
In “I am regarding a recent trip ” I think you mean ‘referring to’, ‘recalling’, or ‘recounting’ rather than ‘regarding’.
Yep, questionable choice of vocabulary from me there! Also, I managed to fix the line break issue by simply skipping the line in the editor and updating it again.
Undeniable facts on how awesome the trip was. Real piece of art on sarcasm, respect. Also to mention pretty fluent wording there, definitly worth learning from.
Appreciate it! Glad you think that the trip was absolutely amazing too. 😁
A Happy & Hellish trip.
you are the new Hugo.
A very happy trip indeed.
A very sharp passage combining both positive and negative aspects about the trip.
I truly hope you realize how sarcastic my blog is…
Not sarcastic at all.
Bro’s using sarcasm to comment on a sarcastic passage. 💀
