I recently had the chance to try some amazing food at Ergon Deli in England, and I just had to share my experience with you all.(I do not think the food at England is that bad)
Ergon Deli is a cozy little spot that serves some unique and tasty Greece dishes. I decided to try a few different things, and here’s what I thought about each one:
Avocado Toast
First up was the avocado toast. This wasn’t just any regular toast. It had a thick slice of bread with creamy avocado spread on top. There was also a slice of tomato and a perfectly poached egg, the egg was so perfect that only the white is cooked but the yolk is runny. A bit of cheese and some chives were sprinkled on top. It tasted amazing! The mix of the creamy avocado, the crunchy bread, and the soft egg was just perfect.
Granola Bowl
Then, I had a granola bowl. This was full of fresh blueberries, crunchy granola, and creamy yogurt. The granola had some nuts and goji berries, which made it even better. A bit of honey added just the right amount of sweetness. It was both healthy and super tasty.
Waffle with Cream Cheese and Berries
Finally, I had a waffle topped with cream cheese, granola, nuts, goji berries, and blueberries. The waffle was golden brown and crispy on the outside but soft inside. The cream cheese and berries made it sweet and creamy, and the granola added a nice crunch. It was my favorite dish of the day!
When I read other food blogs, I love how they make me feel like I’m there with them, tasting the food. Some bloggers use lots of details to describe the smell, taste, and feel of the food, which I find really helpful. Sometimes, though, I think they could explain things a bit more simply so everyone can enjoy their stories.
So, if you ever get the chance to visit England, make sure to try Ergon Deli. It’s a place where you can try delicious and interesting food. Until next time, happy eating. (Also it is locate at Soho so there is lot of interesting shop to visit)
I think you might have found you future career: writing attractive menus! Those dishes sound very good; from your choice of words I can imagine the dishes and the venue. You have achieved what you state other food blogs do:
“When I read other food blogs, I love how they make me feel like I’m there with them, tasting the food.”
There are a few minor language errors, but also some very effective descriptive work.
My main criticism is that for me, as an English person, there isn’t anything exotic about these dishes. You could equally be describing what my sister might have for breakfast on a typical day 😉
