During those four days, I went to Hangzhou with other grade 8 students and teachers. It’s sound great! We went to the wetland, the terraced fields, the tea garden and Qiantang lake. We’re indeed feeling and learning some tea culture and tried to make teas from picking leaves till drying it.
It’s really sounds great! And our reaction is amazed (positive) when we saw the schedule.
The title of this amazing trip is Hiking-Interdisciplinary Inquiry Activity. Ironically, except the word ‘Hiking’, other words used in this title weren’t suitable at all.
We only walked all the time, in everywhere we’ve gone. And the cute novelty who played with us, were giant mosquitoes 🙁
Did we inquiry? No…there was a tight deadline for every things. There was no time for team collaboration, so what make sense that we separated classmates to groups?
Did we do anything interdisciplinary? No…we even didn’t learn anything which was related to academic subjects.
But, we really did a lot hiking things. It made us exhausted. Meanwhile, we tried a different life style beyond school life.
‘Hiking helped us try new things, and it’s a kind of exercise for our body and psychology.’ This quote makes sense, because the author is me who just finished the hiking for 30 kilometers. We all hoped that. That’s not a very pleasure thing to heard this quote from someone who didn’t hike for 30 kilometers, right? 😊😊😊
In another hand, we enjoy it. We spend this time with friends. It was a pleasure and precious period in the school days move in circle, like a gorgeous color in black and white word.
The trip made me realize that, although our main mission in study and look forward to our academic future, we’re still teenagers who get brave heart and hope
We decorated the food (lunch) in to delicacy (high price) looks, pretended to have lunch in an advanced restaurant; We stole the tea leaves from other’s blanket when we picking those leaves; We used our courage and wits to cheated teacher that we’ve slept, and then, lots of people hided in one bed to play card games. We still have childhood.
Teachers can also enjoy the fun with us like a child. The youth will never end, if you had the spirit of it. At that moment, we were all living in youth : )
We didn’t need to care about Summative Assessment things, we didn’t need to be forced to do something we don’t like. The only thing we needed to do is enjoy this golden hour, to be sincere ourselves. yaeeee——
I agree with the previous commentator. I especially like how you break down the Hiking-Interdisciplinary Inquiry Activity and address each part of the misleading label given to this event. I also like how you use emoticons/emojis.
Consider using images to make your post more attractive to readers, and use the topic ‘tags’ so your post appears in lists of that topic. It makes your work easier to find and then you might get more readers and comments 🙂
There are quite a few grammar errors. They’re mostly minor so I won’t list them all, but here are a few:
“It’s really sounds great!” should be “It really sounds great!”
“That’s not a very pleasure thing to heard this quote from someone” should be “That’s not a very pleasant quote to hear from someone”
Your style of writing is very special! Very “cute” hahaha. That makes your passage not so boring but interesting! Readers like me like this very much.
Thx!!
